strictures Posted December 15, 2014 Report Share Posted December 15, 2014 Has there been a change in policy regarding the use of the horn at grade crossings on the Swift. I rode run 592 out from Howard to Dempster today & the motorman never hit the horn once the entire way. When I last rode it, about three weeks ago, the horn was used at every grade crossing.
