Here are the assignments for the #7000's series MAN artics, it should be noted upon arrival of the series in 1979, they tested at different garages for a few weeks. Also I have included what livery they retired in.

The 7100 retirement list only has 63 of 125.

Again, I don't have the roster, but my impression was that the only one that survived on the street (as long as the 7300s) was 7149. Maybe I am numerically dyslexic, though.

Searching back through this site, I guess it was really 7143.

#7143 and #7167 IIRC ran with the NABI's as they first came in, but didn't last long. Those two were around during the whole existence of the #7300's. The middle list the 64 left was what they had left for artics before the #7300's arrived. (newspapers had said they had 75 buses left, but I never counted that many) That basically showed why they needed the #7300's, because those buses were your entire fleet of artics pre #7300, so there was a shortage. Those buses were retired as soon as the #7300's arrived except for the two mentioned above.
